Hontareva Declares UAH 57 Million Of Income, USD 2.7 Million In Savings For 2016

Chair of the National Bank of Ukraine Valeriya Hontareva has declared UAH 59.95 million of income and USD 2.65 million in savings in a bank account for 2016.

Ukrainian News Agency has learnt this from the data posted in the State Register of Declarations of Persons Authorized to Fulfill Functions of the State and Local-Self Government.

She received most part of her income from sale of a stake in the ICU Holdings Limited for 52.57 million.

Concurrently interest income from a deposit with Ukreximbank made UAH 2.37 million and her wage was UAH 1.97 million.

Hontareva's son Anton has declared UAH 226,500 of income for 2016.

All monetary assets of Hontareva and her family are kept in bank accounts only.

The NBU chair has USD 2.66 million with Ukreximbank.

Previous declaration of Hontareva also mentions UAH 62,000 with Oschadbank.

Hontareva's son keeps UAH 500,000 with Oschadbank, UAH 200,000 with Alfa-Bank (Ukraine), UAH 200,000 with First Ukrainian International Bank (FUIB) and UAH 200,000 with PrivatBank.

Hontareva's son also owns the 80-percent stake in Yevropivzbud limited liability company and the 33-percent stake in Vanser Group limited liability company.

Hontareva owns a summer house with the area of 250 sq.m and a land plot with the area of 900 sq.m in Kyiv region.

Besides she owns an apartment with the area of 106 sq.m in Kyiv.

Hontareva husband Oleh owns a land plot with the area of 1,750 sq.m and a house with the area of 396 sq.m in Irpin.

In 2016, he acquired a land plot with the area of 2,500 sq.m in Horenychi (Kyiv region) for UAH 1.83 million and a house with the area of 316 sq.m for UAH 10.8 million.

Her son as before declared two apartments in Kyiv and an office with the area of 68.7 sq.m acquired in Kyiv in 2016.

As before, Hontareva declared a Porsche Panamera (2012 production year) and a Porsche Cayenne SUV (2013 production year).

Hontareva husband sold a Toyota Land Cruiser (2006 production year).

His declaration states he received UAH 149,000 from sale of movable property and UAH 88,800 from sale of real estate.

In 2016, Hontareva spent UAH 1.2 million for her younger son Mykyta education at the British International School in Kyiv.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Hontareva has declared USD 1.831 million and UAH 61,934 in accounts with banks for 2015.
