Pokrovske toughest axis at the front – General Staff

On July 31, a total of 117 combat clashes took place at the front; Pokrovske remained the hottest axis, where 43 clashes took place during the day.

This follows from a statement by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine posted on its Facebook page, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

During the past day, the enemy struck with two missiles and 62 airstrikes, dropped 80 anti-aircraft missiles, attracted 511 kamikaze drones for destruction, and carried out more than 3,200 attacks on military positions and populated areas.

During the day, 117 combat clashes with the russian occupiers were recorded.

So, on the Kharkiv Axis, the enemy attacked defensive lines near Tykhe and Vovchansk eight times.

On the Kupiyansk Axis, the enemy carried out seven offensive actions near Stepova Novoselivka, Kolesnykivka, Berestove, and Andriyivka.

On the Lyman Axis, russian invaders attacked Ukrainian positions near Novoserhiyivka, Nevske, and Makiyivka eight times during the day.

On the Pivnichne Axis, defenders of the Ukrainian land stopped two enemy attacks in the Ivano-Dariyivka and Verkhniokamiyanske areas.

On the Kramatorsk Axis, the enemy carried out eight offensive actions near Chasiv Yar, Ivanivske, and Andriyivka.

On the Toretsk Axis, the russians attacked Ukrainian troops 20 times near Zalizne, Toretsk, Niu York, and Northern.

On the Pokrovsky Axis, since the beginning of the day, according to data at 10 p.m., 43 battles took place near the settlements of Panteleimonivka, Vozdvyzhenka, Arkhanhelske, Novooleksandrivka, Ivanivka, Tymofiyivka, Lysychne, Ivanivske, Zhelanne, Serhiyivka, and Karlivka.

According to detailed information, 259 occupiers were neutralized on this axis during the day, 75 of them - irreversibly.

A D-30 howitzer, three dugouts, five UAVs, vehicles, and five units of special equipment were also destroyed; two tanks, BM-21 Grad, three D-30 howitzers, seven units of motor vehicles, and three units of special equipment were damaged.

On the Kurakhove Axis, the enemy attacked 12 times near Krasnohorivka, Zhelanne, Kostiantynivka, Karlivka, and Paraskoviyivka.

On the Vremivka Axis, the enemy carried out offensive actions in the direction of Kostiantynivka.

On the Dnipro Axis, five enemy assaults were unsuccessful.

On other axes, the situation has not undergone any significant changes.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on July 30, a total of 108 combat clashes took place on the front; Pokrovske remained the hottest axis, where 40 clashes took place during the day; the enemy also actively attacked the Toretsk and Liman axis - 15 and 14 clashes, respectively.
