Number Of New Covid-19 Cases Up 13.1% To 13,531, Number Of Deaths Down 5.7% To 525 On December 1

On December 1, the number of newly-registered Covid-19 cases in Ukraine rose by 13,531 over November 30 to 3,463,872, and the number of deaths increased by 525 over November 30 to 87,057; at the same time, the number of new cases increased by 13.1%, and the number of new deaths decreased by 5.7%.

This follows from data of the Ministry of Health, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

According to the report, as of the morning of December 1, a total of 3,463,872 laboratory-confirmed Covid-19 cases were registered in Ukraine; the number included 87,057 deaths; 2,995,727 had recovered.

On December 1, a total of 13,531 new disease cases were recorded, 525 people died, and 23,535 people recovered.

Therefore, as of December 1, the number of newly infected people was lower than that of those who recovered (13,531 vs 23,535).

At the same time, on December 1, a total of 3,003 coronavirus-infected people were hospitalized, down 17.2% over November 30.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on November 30, the number of newly-registered Covid-19 cases in Ukraine rose by 11,960 over November 29 to 3,450,341, and the number of deaths increased by 557 over November 29 to 86,532; at the same time, the number of new cases increased by 13.3%, and the number of new deaths decreased by 0.7%.

On November 29, the number of newly-registered Covid-19 cases in Ukraine rose by 10,554 over November 28 to 3,438,381, and the number of deaths increased by 561 over November 28 to 85,975; at the same time, the number of new cases increased by 81.8%, and the number of new deaths increased by 88.9%.
