Russian Troops Personnel Losses For March 9 Increase By 870 To 156,990 Killed, Equipment - By 1 Aircraft And 34 Cruise Missiles

The losses of personnel of Russian troops for March 9 increased by 870 to 156,990 killed, and the Ukrainian defenders last day destroyed 1 aircraft, 34 cruise missiles and 9 drones.

This is stated in the message of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

The enemy lost 1 aircraft per day (304 in total), 7 tanks (total - 3,448), 6 armored fighting vehicles (total - 6,742), 10 artillery systems (total - 2,475), 3 units of rocket artillery (total - 491), 2 air defense systems (total - 256), 6 units of vehicles and tank trucks (total - 5,337), 3 units of special equipment (total - 240), 9 drones (total - 2,107) and 34 cruise missiles (total - 907).

Since the beginning of the war, the enemy has also lost 289 helicopters and 18 ships/boats.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the losses of personnel of Russian troops for March 8 increased by 590 to 156,120 killed, equipment - by 5 tanks and 13 armored vehicles.
