Kinokit LLC won the tenders of the parliamentary TV channel Rada for the creation of programs and talk shows for UAH 120 million.

This is evidenced by the data on the ProZorro public electronic procurement portal, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

Throughout 2023, Kinokit should be engaged in the development of a creative concept and the provision of services for the creation of television programs and broadcasts to ensure the 24-hour informational marathon United News #UArazom.

For the relevant work, the company will be paid UAH 119,925,000 from the state budget.

According to the tender documentation, Kinokit is allocated:

  • UAH 38 million for the services of creative and editorial groups;
  • UAH 20 million for production;
  • UAH 3.6 million to provide direction;
  • UAH 15 million to ensure filming on the set;
  • UAH 5 million for providing the necessary professional video, light and sound recording equipment;
  • UAH 16 million to provide presenters and other participants, of which UAH 900,000 are services for creating the actors' style;
  • UAH 10 million to ensure the organization of the shooting site;
  • UAH 7.6 million for provision of audio-visual content;
  • UAH 4 million for additional studio service.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Dmytro Razumkov, former head of the Verkhovna Rada and head of the inter-factional association Smart Politics, claims that the Rada TV channel actually belonged to the ex-deputy head of the President's Office, Kyrylo Tymoshenko, who "did more PR there than the President."
