Quotations Of Ferrexpo Shares Rise After 3-Week Fall, Up 2.7% To GBP 1.178 Per Share March 27-31

In the period of March 27-31, the quotations of shares of Ferrexpo plc (United Kingdom), which controls Poltava Mining and Yeristovo Mining (both located in Horishni Plavni, Poltava region), at the London Stock Exchange increased by 2.7% or GBP 0.031 per share to GBP 1.178 per share, rising after a three-week decrease.

That follows from the data posted at the London Stock Exchange, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

According to the report, on March 27, the shares of the company were quoted at the level of GBP 1.147 per share; on March 28, they decreased to GBP 1.132 per share; but on March 29, they increased to GBP 1.167 per share.

On March 30, the share quotations increased to GBP 1.188 per share; but on March 31, they decreased to GBP 1.178 per share.

The transactions were being conducted during the whole week.

Since the start of the year, the company's shares' quotations have decreased by 25.1% (compared to the level of quotations on December 30, 2022 - GBP 1.572).

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in the period of December 31, 2021 - December 31, 2022, the quotations of shares of Ferrexpo plc at the London Stock Exchange fell by 47.5% or GBP 1.422 per share to GBP 1.572 per share.

In 2022, Ferrexpo plc reduced its profit four times or by USD 651 million year over year to USD 220 million, and revenue – twice or by USD 1.27 billion to USD 1.25 billion.

In 2022, the company reduced EBITDA (Earnings before Taxes, Interest, and Depreciation) by 47% or USD 674 million year over year to USD 765 million.

At the same time, in 2022, capital investments fell 2.2 times to USD 161 million.

Kostiantyn Zhevaho is the majority shareholder of Ferrexpo.
