President's Office believes that war has almost "frozen"

Office of the President, Mykhailo Podoliak, war in Ukraine, Russia's war against Ukraine, frozen war

The Office of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy believes that the war has almost "frozen".

Mykhailo Podoliak, adviser to the head of the President's Office, wrote about this in his Telegram channel, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

"What we have now: 1. Great subjectivity of Ukraine. Ukraine is actively shaping the global agenda... 2. Total zeroing of both the general reputation of russia (as a country of global influence) and the reputation of the russian military bloc (together with the Military Industry)... 3. Despite repeated resource advantage of the russian federation, the war is almost "frozen", there is no progress, the price of the war for the russian federation (in particular, in the figures of sanitary and irreparable losses) is growing rapidly..." he wrote.

Podoliak also noted that the global political space is currently being reformatted.

"The old system of checks and balances does not work; the old international institutions are ineffective. New security architectures are needed, which are actively discussed. The demand for personal and team leadership is sharply updated..." he noted.

According to him, new prospective alliances are being created, russia is being removed from the ranks of toxic and provocative states that have no place at the global table, and a new security architecture is being created for Ukraine and Europe in general.

He noted that against this background, the re-equipment of the Ukrainian army according to NATO standards, Ukraine's acquisition of great military competence is taking place.

"The situation needs to be improved and tightened in all directions..." he said.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on July 22, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi, speaking about the situation at the front, noted that the russians are rushing to Pokrovsk in the Donetsk Region, trying to capture the islands of the floodplain on the left bank of the Dnieper.

Syrskyi also told what needs to be done to stop the russian offensive.
