QDCP Decides To Reprimand Kholodnytskyi

The Qualification and Disciplinary Commission of Prosecutors (QDCP) has decided to reprimand Deputy Prosecutor General / Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor Nazar Kholodnytskyi.

QDCP head Vitalii Hrushkovskyi announced this, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

He did not specify how many members of the QDCP backed this decision.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Oleksandr Kovalchuk, a member of the QDCP and the reporter for the case of Deputy Prosecutor General / Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor Kholodnytskyi, recommended reprimanding the head of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office.

The case was instituted following complains from Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yurii Lutsenko and Artem Sytnyk, director of the National Anticorruption Bureau of Ukraine.
