AFU eliminate another 500 occupiers, 10 drones and more than 20 artillery systems. General Staff reports enemy losses per day

The losses of Russia in the war in Ukraine on Tuesday morning, August 1, amounted to the 500 of the invaders, the total number of losses of the Russian army since the beginning of the invasion is 246,690 of the military. Besides, the Armed Forces destroyed 10 UAVs and 23 artillery systems.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The total combat losses of the enemy from February 24, 2022 to August 1, 2023 were approximately:

• personnel ‒ about 246,690 (+ 500) people eliminated,
• tanks ‒ 4,216 (+ 5) units,
• armored fighting vehicles - 8,205 (+ 17) units,
• artillery systems - 4,839 (+ 23) units,
• MLRS - 699 units,
• air defense equipment - 462 (+ 2) units,
• aircraft - 315 units,
• helicopters - 311 units,
• operational-tactical level UAVs - 4,027 (+ 10),
• cruise missiles - 1347 units,
• ships/boats - 18 units,
• automotive equipment and tank trucks - 7,324 (+ 32) units,
• special equipment - 718 (+ 3).

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the aggressor state Russia plans to replenish its army by 500,000 people due to losses in the war against Ukraine.

In Russia, radio stations were hacked and Putin's appeals about general mobilization due to the invasion of Ukraine were broadcast.

Meanwhile, the aggressor state Russia forcibly mobilized 60,000 men in the occupied territories.
