In January-March 2024, the imports of goods exceeded exports by USD 5,914.3 million.

The State Statistics Service has said this in a statement, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

In January-March 2024, the negative balance of trade in goods worsened by USD 557.9 million year over year (negative balance in January-March 2023 was USD 5,356.4 million).

In January-March 2024, Ukraine exported goods for USD 10,060.9 million, down 2.8% year over year.

In January-March 2024, Ukraine imported goods for USD 15,975.2 million, up 1.7% year over year.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in January-February 2024, the imports of goods exceeded exports by USD 3,226.7 million.

In 2023, the imports of goods exceeded exports by USD 27,376.2 million.

In 2023, the negative balance of trade in goods worsened by USD 16,216.1 million year over year (negative balance in 2022 was USD 11,160.1 million).
