Occupiers become more active in 2 axes. General Staff reports on situation at front

On July 29, 149 combat clashes took place at the front, the hottest axis was Pokrovsk, where 52 clashes took place in a day, and the enemy also actively attacked in the Kurakhove axis.

This was announced by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

Over the past 24 hours, the enemy launched one missile strike, 62 airstrikes using 99 guided aerial bombs, and 4,588 shellings, including 110 from rocket salvo systems.

During the day, 149 combat clashes with the russian occupiers were recorded.

Thus, in the Kharkiv axis, there were five combat clashes in the areas of the settlements of Hlyboke and Vovchansk.

In the Kupyansk axis, the number of attacks per day increased to six.

The defense forces repelled the aggressor's assaults near Novoosynove, Pishchane and Stelmakhivka.

In the Lyman axis, the enemy attacked 13 times near Nevske, Makiyivka, Terny and in Serebriansk Forest.

In the Siversk axis, Ukrainian defenders repelled nine assaults by the russian invaders near Ivanodaryivka, Verkhniokamyanske, Pereyizne, Spirne and Vyimka.

In the Kramatorsk axis, the occupiers attacked six times in the districts of Hryhorivka, Chasiv Yar, Klishchiyivka, Kalynivka, and Bohdanivka.

In the Toretsk axis, the enemy carried out 19 attacks near Druzhba, Pivnichne, Zalizne, New York and Toretsk.

In the Pokrovsk axis, the Defense Forces stopped 52 attacks during the day.

The enemy attacked in the areas of ten different settlements.

The most active was near Novooleksandrivka, Zhelanne and Prohres.

It acted in the axis with the significant support of bombing and attack aircraft.

In the Kurakhove axis, the Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled 21 assault operations near Kostiantynivka, Paraskoviyivka, and Pobieda, where the enemy continues to try to break through the defenses of Ukrainian troops.

Last day, the occupiers lost a large number of tanks and other armored vehicles in this axis.

In the Vremivka axis, the enemy carried out nine assaults on Ukrainian positions near Vodiane, Velyka Novosilka, and Kostiantynivka.

In the Orikhiv axis, the occupiers will continue to try to knock Ukrainian units out of their positions.

Four russian attacks were choked in the area of ​​Mala Tokmachka.

In the Prydniprovskyi axis, three attacks by the invaders were unsuccessful, the aggressor suffered losses.

On July 29, aviation, missile forces and artillery of the Defense Forces made 13 strikes on areas where enemy personnel were concentrated.

In total, the russian invaders lost more than 1,060 people last day.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on July 28, 128 combat clashes took place at the front.

Meanwhile, after the destruction of the Wagner mercenaries in Mali, part of the occupiers can be withdrawn from Ukraine.
