People may be under rubble of building in Kharkiv - Regional Military Administration

Russian troops hit the central part of Kharkiv with a ballistic missile, as a result of the attack, the polyclinic building was damaged, there may be people under the rubble.

This was announced by the mayor of the city Ihor Terekhov in Telegram and the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Syniehubov.

"As a result of a missile strike in the center of Kharkiv, the polyclinic building was damaged. Currently, information about the injured and the destruction is being clarified," Terekhov wrote.

Syniehubov noted that civil infrastructure was damaged as a result of the hit.

"At this moment, two people have contacted us with an acute reaction to stress. There may be people under the rubble," the official said.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, explosions were heard in Kharkiv on the morning of August 3. Local authorities confirmed that they were the result of russian terror.
