Olympics in Paris opening today. Where to watch

On July 26, Paris will host the opening ceremony of the Games of the XXIII Olympiad. It starts at 08:30 p.m. Kyiv time.

The Ukrainian flag will be carried by the medalists of the previous Olympic Games in Tokyo: tennis player Elina Svitolina and swimmer Mykhailo Romanchuk.

The Summer Olympic Games will last from July 26 to August 11.

The Ukrainian national team will be represented in 26 of the 32 disciplines included in the program of the Olympic Games, among them: badminton, boxing, freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling, breaking, weightlifting, cycling, rowing on kayaks and canoes, gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics, swimming, rock climbing, diving, archery, tennis, fencing, football and others.

NOC of Ukraine will publish the current schedule of competitions with the participation of Ukrainians daily.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the Ministry of Sports and the NOC have developed recommendations for Ukrainian athletes who will go to the Olympics in Paris regarding contact with russians and Belarusians who will perform there under neutral status.
