The authorities of the Kursk Oblast claim that "saboteurs" tried to break through the russian border at night, but were repelled.

This was announced by the acting governor of the Kursk Oblast, Alexey Smirnov.

They claim that a breakthrough was tried to be organized in Sudzha and Korenevo districts. And the border guards allegedly repelled this breakthrough.

Smirnov also warned about "information throw-ins" that he expects.

At the same time, there really were explosions at night in the Kursk Oblast. An air alert was announced there because of a drone attack. It is claimed that 26 drones were shot down. The city of Sudzha was the most affected: there are reports of 5 wounded people and burnt cars.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on the morning of March 12 this year, representatives of the russian volunteer units "Russian Volunteer Corps", "Siberian Battalion" and "Freedom of Russia" Legion announced a new raid on the territory of the russian federation.

After that, russian volunteers raised their flags in the village of Kozinka, Belgorod Oblast of the aggressor state of the russian federation.

On the same day, russian volunteers from the "Siberian Battalion" announced that they had taken control of the village of Gorkovsky in the Belgorod Oblast and entered the administration building there.
