Russians regained control over Korenevo in Kursk Oblast - DeepState

The russian occupiers returned to their control the village of Korenevo in the Kursk Oblast, which had been under the control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine since August 7.

"The map has been updated. The enemy captured the village of Korenevo (Kursk Oblast), and also advanced in Mykhaylivka, near Panteleymonivka, Pishchane and Andriyivka. There are many changes in the verification process, or there is no information for the day," DeepState noted.

BILD military expert Julian Ripke previously reported on the return of russian control over Korenevo. According to his information, the fighting continued for the district center of the same name and the railway station.

In turn, south of Korenevo, the AFU captured the village of Krasnooktyabrskoe on the banks of the Seim River.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the Deputy Director of the US CIA, David Cohen, said that the russians are very likely to try to counterattack in the Kursk Oblast.
