The High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) has once again extended the ban on the former chairman of the board of NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine Andriy Kobolyev from traveling abroad.

It was reported in the HACC, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

On Thursday, September 12, the panel of judges of the HACC granted the request of the prosecutor of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SACPO) and extended for another 2 months the period of validity of the procedural duties assigned to the ex-chairman of the board of NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine earlier.

The accused is obliged to:

- notify the court about a change of residence;

- refrain from communicating with the persons specified in the court order;

- hand over to the State Migration Service of Ukraine all his passports for traveling abroad.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, Kobolyev traveled abroad during the war to prepare his stepson for exams at a British college. The HACC extended the ban on the former chairman of the board of NJSC Naftogaz Kobolyev from traveling abroad until July.

The HACC denied the ex-head of NJSC Naftogaz Kobolyev’s access to the report of the audit of the financial and economic activities of NJSC Naftogaz, which was conducted by the State Audit Service.

The Princely District Court of the city of Vaduz in Liechtenstein has seized more than USD 22 million withdrawn by the ex-head of the board of NJSC Naftogaz Kobolyev from Ukraine.
