The State Property Fund (SPF) identified Ola Fine LLC of the owner of the e-sports team NAVI, businessman Maksym Krippa, as the winner of the auction for the sale of the state-owned enterprise "Hotel “Ukraine".

This is evidenced by data in the ProZorro system, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

According to the SPF notification, 3 participants competed for the ownership of the asset.

At the same time, the cost of the object of privatization increased from the starting price - UAH 1,047,637,152 to the final price - UAH 2,511,777,888.

"The competition led to a 2.4-fold increase in the value of the asset. This is a clear confirmation of the readiness of the Ukrainian market to compete for large objects. Next, the SPF team plans to hold online auctions for the privatization of JSC United Mining and Chemical Company, LLC Aerok and LLC Demurinskyi GOK," emphasized the acting head of the SPF, Ivanna Smachylo.

According to the notice, the winning bidder has 30 business days to pay the bid price of the lot.

Further, he is obliged to fulfill all the established conditions of privatization: to repay within 6 months from the date of transfer of ownership the debts for wages and for the budget; pay off payables that are available on the date of transfer of ownership of the purchased object; provide social guarantees to employees in accordance with the requirements of labor legislation; not to dismiss the employees of the "Ukraine" hotel at the initiative of the new owner or a body authorized by him within 6 months from the date of transfer of ownership, etc.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in 2023, Krippa bought the Parus business center in Kyiv from Verkhovna Rada member Vadym Stolar (Restoration of Ukraine parliamentary group).

Krippa may also have something to do with the purchase of the Dnipro hotel in the capital.
