The Ukrainian News agency was informed about this in court.

Currently, it is not known whether this decision will be appealed.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the court released the ex-head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration Reznichenko on bail of UAH 30 million.

The National Anti-Corruption Bureau and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office handed over a notice of suspicion to the former head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration Valentyn Reznichenko and four other persons in the case of causing UAH 286 million of damage during the repair of roads under martial law.

In 2022, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau searched the office of the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration Valentyn Reznichenko. The investigative actions were carried out as part of the criminal proceedings of the NACB and the SACPO regarding abuses during the "big construction" in the Dnipropetrovsk Region, on which the company of Reznichenko's friend mastered more UAH 1.5 billion for 2022.

At the beginning of 2023, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy dismissed Reznichenko from his post.
