187 combat clashes take place at front during day, of which 46 on Pokrovsk axis - General Staff

On September 18, 187 combat clashes took place at the front, the hottest axis remained the Pokrovsk one, where 46 clashes took place during the day, the enemy also actively attacked on the Kurakhove (40 clashes) and Lyman (18 clashes) axes.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has stated this in its operational update, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

Yesterday, the enemy launched three missile strikes against the positions of Ukrainian units and population centers using five missiles, as well as 79 airstrikes, in particular, dropped 127 guided air bombs.

In addition, the enemy carried out more than 4,580 shelling attacks, 154 of them from rocket salvo systems, and engaged more than 1,450 kamikaze drones for destruction.

On September 18, 187 combat clashes with the russian occupiers were recorded at the front.

The operation is ongoing in the Kursk Oblast.

Enemy aviation continues to raze their villages and cities to the ground.

In particular, over the past day, russian aircraft have carried out 19 airstrikes with guided air bombs on their own territory.

In total, last day, missile troops and artillery of the Defense Forces hit two control points, three areas of concentration of personnel, weapons and military equipment of the invaders and one other important object.

The losses of the russian invaders on September 18 amounted to 1,130 people.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on September 17, 194 combat clashes took place at the front, the enemy attacked most on the Pokrovsk and Kurakhove axes.
