217 combat clashes take place at front over past 24 hours - General Staff morning summary

Last day, there were 217 combat clashes along the entire front line, in particular, in the Kurakhove Axis, the occupiers tried to break through the defense approximately 60 times, according to the operational summary of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the morning of Saturday, September 21.

Thus, the Defense Forces repelled enemy attacks in the Kurakhove Axis near Tsukuryne, Zhelanne Pershe, Heorhiyivka, Hirnyk, Dalnie, Oleksandrivka, Katerynivka, and Kostiantynivka, where the occupiers tried to break through the defenses of our troops 58 times.

The enemy was most active near Heorhiyivka - it carried out 21 assaults in a day.

In the Kharkiv Axis, three enemy attacks took place near Vovchansk.

According to detailed information, in the Kupyansk Axis, the occupiers carried out 19 attacks during the day. Defense forces stopped all enemy assaults near the settlements of Stepova Novoselivka, Synkivka, Stelmakhivka, Kruhliakivka and Lozova.

In the Lyman Axis, our troops repelled ten attacks by invaders near Cherneshchyna, Hrekivka, Druzheliubivka, Novosadove, Terny and Zarichne. The main efforts of the enemy were directed towards Nevske, where it carried out eight more attacks.

In the Siversk Axis, the Defense Forces of Ukraine repelled one assault near Vyimka.

With the support of aviation in the Kramatorsk Axis, the enemy tried nine times to break through the defense near Chasiv Yar, Kalynivka, Ivanivske and Bila Hora.

Near the settlements of Dachne, Toretsk and Shcherbynivka in the Toretsk Axis, the enemy launched nine attacks. Our defenders repelled 36 enemy assaults of varying intensity in the Pokrovsk Axis near Zelene Pole, Marynivka, Krasnyi Yar, Vozdvyzhenka, Novotoretsk, Myroliubivka, Hrodivka, Chervone, Selydove and Novohrodivka settlements.

With the support of aviation, the aggressor attacked Ukrainian positions in the areas of Vuhledar, Prechystivka, Novodarivka, and Bohoyavlenka 18 times in the Vremivka Axis.

In the Orikhiv Axis, six combat clashes took place near Mala Tokmachka, Lobkove and Novodanylivka.

Three attacks of the occupiers were unsuccessful in the Prydniprovsk Axis.

In the Volyn and Polissia Axes, the operational situation has not changed significantly. No signs of formation of enemy offensive groups were detected.

In the Kursk Oblast, since the beginning of the past day, enemy aviation has carried out 22 airstrikes, dropping 25 guided aerial bombs on the territory of the russian federation.
