162 combat clashes take place on front during day, most – on Pokrovsk and Kurakhove axes - General Staff

On September 22, 162 combat clashes took place at the front, the most attacks were recorded on the Pokrovsk (35 clashes) and Kurakhove (28 clashes) axes.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has stated this in its operational update on Facebook, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

Last day, the enemy launched two missile strikes against the positions of Ukrainian units and population centers using four missiles, 67 airstrikes (in particular, dropped 99 guided aerial bombs), and also launched 5,587 attacks, 167 of them from multiple launch rocket systems.

Over the past day, aviation, missile forces and artillery of the Defense Forces have carried out eight strikes on the areas of concentration of personnel and military equipment, two artillery systems, one air defense system and the command post of the russian invaders.

On September 22, 162 combat clashes with the russian occupiers were recorded at the front.

Defense forces of Ukraine continue the operation in the Kursk Oblast.

According to available information, over the past day, the enemy has carried out 16 airstrikes in the Kursk Oblast using 27 guided aerial bombs.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on September 20, 217 combat clashes took place at the front during the day, 58 of them on the Kurakhove axis.
