In particular, Arakhamia reported that a meeting of the monomajority fraction was held, at which personnel renewal was considered and which President Volodymyr Zelenskyy joined.

"According to the results of the meeting, the factions worked out a general picture of personnel rotations to strengthen the state," he said.

Thus, according to him, the deputy head of the Office of the President Oleksii Kuleba will be appointed as the Vice Prime Minister - Minister of Community Development, Territories and Infrastructure.

"The Vice Prime Minister - head of the Ministry of Regional Development is Oleksii Kuleba. He will head the ministry as it currently works. Later, as it was planned, it will be divided according to the directions of infrastructure and regional policy," he said.

The Ministry of Veteran Affairs will be headed by Deputy Minister of Defense Natalia Kalmykova.

Ministry of Culture and Information Policy - Deputy Head of the Office of the President Mykola Tochytskyi.

"At this stage, we have to strengthen the fight against disinformation, for this task we need a candidate with international experience," Arakhamia explained Tochytskyi's appointment.

The Ministry of Youth and Sports will be headed by acting minister Matviy Bidnyi.

Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources - Deputy Minister of Energy Svitlana Hrynchuk.

Oleksandr Kamyshin, who was dismissed by the Verkhovna Rada from the post of minister for strategic industries, is moving to the President's Office, where he will continue to deal with the issue of armaments and infrastructure.

Iryna Vereshchuk, the Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories, is also moving to the Office of the President, who will work as a profile deputy to the head of the President's Office.

Arakhamia also reported that the factions discussed the creation of a new institution in the government with the working name of the Ministry of the Return of Ukrainians, and continued discussions on candidates who could lead it.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on September 4, the Verkhovna Rada dismissed Oleksandr Kamyshin, the Minister of Strategic Industry, Olha Stefanishyna, the Vice Prime Minister of European and Euro-Atlantic Integration, Ruslan Strilets, the Minister of Environment and Natural Resources, and Denys Maliuska, the Minister of Justice.
