Zelenskyy to present plan of Ukraine’s victory to Biden on September 26

On September 26, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy intends to present the plan of Ukraine's victory to US President Joseph Biden.

This was announced by the Office of the President, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

According to Zelenskyy, the implementation of some points of the plan depends only on the decision of the United States. He is counting on the support of the US President and the quick implementation of the plan together with partners.

"The plan is designed for decisions that should take place starting from October and ending in December. And not to delay these processes. We would very much like that. Then we will assume that the plan will work," Zelenskyy said.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on September 18, Zelenskyy announced that the plan for the victory of Ukraine is fully ready.

In August, Zelenskyy announced that he would also pass on the plan for the victory of Ukraine to the US presidential candidates Donald Trump and Kamala Harris.

Next week, Zelenskyy will visit the United States, where, in particular, he will speak at the UN General Assembly and meet with Biden.
