Ukraine will definitely get through this winter, but it may become the hardest for Ukraine due to the testing of the state's energy stability.

Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal announced this at a press conference on Tuesday, September 10.

According to him, it is currently wrong to make predictions about the passage of the heating season due to the terrorist attacks of the aggressor country of russia. Because of this, Ukraine is strengthening the protection of energy facilities, the cover of which is integrated into the general air defense system of the state, Shmyhal said.

"Energy sustainability is one of our biggest challenges this winter and fall. We've successfully passed through three heating seasons, but the upcoming winter may be the toughest. In which conditions we'll get through it only as we move into this heating season and calculate, it is absolutely wrong to make any sensational statements," the Prime Minister emphasized.

Energy facilities have several levels of protection, power engineers continue to prepare for possible attacks by the occupiers, Shmyhal emphasized.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on September 10, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said that Ukraine is currently the country with the most generators in the world.

Donor contributions to the Ukraine Energy Support Fund reached EUR 560 million.

It will be recalled that on September 6, Shmyhal stated that the aggressor country, the russian federation, is preparing the next massive missile and drone attacks on the energy system of Ukraine.
